Formerly Convento and later Manifattura Tabacchi, the imposing container located in the historic center of Ostuni is recovered with destination to create a luxury hotel with 50 rooms, restaurant and SPA.
Its character as a historical building and at the same time of industrial archeology suggests to intervene in a light way preserving overlapping interventions wherever possible without removing the patina of time, thus making visible its phases of transformation from convent to tobacco factory and finally to hotels.
