The project plans to transform the Monastery into a Service Center that can be used by all private users and not the historical center of Ostuni. Five separate functions, even if physically adjacent, to be used simultaneously by different users: the hotel with mini rooms created in the monks’ cells but also large suites with terraces and hanging gardens; the bar overlooking the street; a restaurant in the eighteenth-century court; a SPA on two levels with a gym, an indoor pool and a discovery on the terrace connected by two panoramic lifts that exceed the five levels; a congress center in the deconsecrated church with stuccos and decorations.
